Exercise

Meditate

Stay away from your Phone

Go phone-less for a few hours. It may feel completely impossible to do so, but trust us, the world will keep moving around. Respond to calls only when it is extremely important. You could take a nap or better read a book during this time which you otherwise spend mindlessly scrolling through your social feed.
